Shipping Locations
World wide Shipping Policy:
Most orders will NORMALLY ship within 2-4 business days, depending on the stock and supply. But as this site and shop is run by me on my spare time, vacation or other work may cause delays. In those cases I will notify per Email of the expected ship date. Delivery times are estimated as:
Europe: 2-5 business days
Rest of the World: 5-12 business days
(Shipping day not included) If your package has not shown up in 2 weeks, please let me know so I can ask the postal service to investigate this.
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you receive faulty or wrong item, it is possible to return and exchange it for another article or have your money back.
When returning articles, please contact me within 14 days after receiving your order. I am dedicated to your 100% satisfaction. But due to the highly techinal nature of the products , please note the following:
- I will NOT accept any return of single chips or kits where the SMD protection bag has been opened.
- If you receive a damaged product you must contact me within 14 calendar days of receipt of the damaged item to arange for replacment.
- If you receive a defective item, I will replace the item free of charge. You must notify me within 14 calendar days of receipt.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs incured when returning items to me that are NOT damaged.
Payment: Payment is done using PayPal, and needs to be payed at Checkout. I will not process orders before payment confirmation is received from PayPal. 
PayPal is designed from the ground up to be a safer way to send money online. PayPal doesn’t expose or sell your financial information to merchants.

When you first place an order at our webshop, you are prompted to fill in your personal information. This data is stored in a secure database so that you only need to supply this information once, and an account is automatically created for you. From now on you only need to log in using your unique password to finalize an order. If you have forgotten your password
The 'Forgot your password?' link on the front page takes you to a screen where you can have your password reset trough a confirmation mail sent to the e-mail address previously registered by you.

All personal data that you give me will only be used for processing your orders. I will never pass on any information to third parties.
Your personal data is stored in a secure database. This information can only be seen by me and you. CONTACT INFORMATION You can give feedback and ask questions through the contact page.
